今天，大汪給大家提供一點職場商務英語干貨，因為我們都知道，只要是在工作中用到英語的話，那么你就會發現，總免不了會需要發送英文郵件。

大多數時候，在外企，發英文郵件時，不免也要發送一些附件，那這一系列諸如“見附件”相關英語如何表達呢？有些什么小妙招呢？

?1）簡單直白“見附件”

最常見簡約的表達~

Please find the attached file. /?t?t?t/

Please refer to the attached file.

Please see the attached file.

請見附件（文件）。

attached 被附上的，對應的名詞形式attachment（附件） /?t?t?m?nt/ 。

你可以用find，refer to（強調參考），或者see（相對更加informal一點）三個動詞。

Please， find attached.

見附件，甚至會被縮寫成PFA。【這是最最最簡約的表達】

2）復雜一點的“文件”

除了附帶file，你可能還需要附帶其他的文件。比如圖表，excel表格，改版的文件等。

Please see the attached diagram.

請看附件示意圖，它展示了... /da??gr?m/

Please review the attached proposal.

請回顧寫附件的提案。/pr?p??z(?)l/

I have attached the revised file.

我已經附上了修改后的文件。 /r?va?zd/

3）【延展】attach & enclose 傻傻分不清楚？

可能有的小伙伴會用enclosed表示附帶的附件，確實，enclosed有附帶的意思。

但是，它更多指代physical stuff實體的東西，比如我寫了封信給你，里面附帶了一張百億美元的支票，這才可以用enclosed。電郵上只能用attached。

Please find the enclosed check in the envelope.

請查收隨信寄來的支票。
