正值畢業季，相信每一個小伙伴在邁入職場前，都需要面對各種各樣的面試。如果有小伙伴在外企面試的過程中，遇到需要用英文進行自我介紹的時候？是否，有為英語自我介紹而苦惱過嗎？有些人喜歡在做英語自我介紹時夸張地表現自己的優點，甚至把根本沒有做過的事情也說出來，其實這是一種很冒險的行為。雖然你的自我介紹會給面試官留下重要的第一印象，但是過度浮夸或者失實，會讓面試官對你的個人誠信產生懷疑從而斷然淘汰你。一般情況下，在外企英語面試的時候，往往一開始面試官就會讓你做自我介紹，他會問：Can you sell yourself in two minutes？（你能用兩分鐘做個自我推薦嗎？）

在準備英文面試時的自我介紹，要特別注意兩點：

• 條理要清楚，用詞要準確
• 展現真是的自己，不需要夸大或者吹噓

Hi, My name is Erika. It is really my honor to have this opportunity for an interview. I am 26 years old, born in Anhui province. I am graduating from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Id like to find a job, which is challenging because I love solving problems. Moreover Linkedin is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company environment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position. People find me to be an upbeat, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills. I enjoy reading, and the knowledge and perspective that my reading gives me has strengthened my teaching skills and presentation abilities. I think Im a good team player and Im a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure. I am very thankful to have this chance to come for today’s interview and sincerely hope that I would have a chance to work for your company and be a contributor to the growth of this global team. 除此之外，你還可以根據具體面試的公司和自我情況進行調整。最重要的三點核心大家可以在去面試之前做好準備：

1. 認識自己

Brainstorm your qualities and accomplishments. For an interview introduction, briefly cover your major accomplishments and qualifications, such as certifications.

仔細想想自己都有哪些特點，取得過哪些成就。想要在兩分鐘內引起面試官的興趣，就必須一擊即中。最好的方式就是展示自己過去獲得過的成績，自己有什么樣的能力，從而可以為公司帶來什么樣不一樣的貢獻。

2. 投其所好

Choose a personal anecdote that illustrates your personality in a creative way. Employers want to hear about your accomplishments, and a personalized story helps you stand out. The story should take about 20 seconds to complete.

用有趣的方式講一個能體現個人特點的故事。雇主想要聽的是你取得的成績，個性化的故事能幫助你脫穎而出。個人故事的時間最好控制在20秒內。講故事是讓你區別于其他求職者的好方法，故事的主題最好就是你在第一步中確定的自己的優勢。但你的故事必須要和應聘公司的企業文化、應聘的職位相關，這就是所謂的投其所好。你還要在故事中再一次突出你的強項：領導能力、溝通能力、學習能力、開拓能力等等。記住，你的故事一定是你最想讓面試官記住的內容，一定是你最得意的成績。

3. 事先演練

Practice your speech with a timer to make sure it is less than a minute. Read it to family and friends and solicit suggestions. Record and review your speech using a video camera. Pay attention to your mannerisms and projection of your voice. Smile and speak clearly.

做一次計時的面試自我介紹演練，確保你的講話不會超過1分鐘。向你的家人朋友做一次模擬練習，并收集反饋意見。用攝像機拍下你做面試自我介紹的過程，注意自己講話是不是夠禮貌，說話的聲音是不是合適。記得微笑，還要吐字清晰。
