港口國管理(port state control)，亦稱港口國監控、港口國檢查，是指港口國當局對抵港的外國船舶實施的，以船員、船舶技術狀況和操作要求為檢查對象的，以確保船舶和人命財產安全、防止海洋污染為宗旨的一種監督與控制。

PSC的主要目的是有效提高船舶、船公司、船東對船舶安全、設備的有效維護，降低海上危險事故的風險。

主要檢查的項目很多，駕駛、輪機、電器、導航設備都是檢查的項目。
