1. 稱呼
稱呼很簡單,一般都是Dear xxx,如果不知道名字的話也可以寫Dear Sir or Madam.
2. 問候
問候語很多時候大家都會忘了,在Dear xxx之后直接另起一行開始說I want xxxx,這樣讓讀者讀起來覺得很沒有禮貌。一句問候語能夠讓讀者覺得首先你是很有禮貌的人,其次會讓整封郵件變得十分正式和妥帖。

● I hope you had a great trip/Hope you had a nice break/Hope youre enjoying your holiday (適用于對方剛剛休假回來)

3. 正文
在問候語之后,就可以進入正文了。寫郵件之前一定要明確自己寫郵件的目的,是有求于人還是詢問信息,這個寫郵件的目的一定要清晰地在第一句表達出來。
如果要約會議:

如果要follow up之前的事情

如果因為某事需要禮貌地道歉

第一句正文表達完本次郵件的目的之后,接下來就是圍繞著你的目的,慢慢闡述你的理由等等,讓你郵件的目的更加清晰合理。

4. 結尾
在寫完最重要的正文內容后,千萬也別忘記收尾一個禮貌又正式的郵件結尾,讓讀者能夠開開心心地迅速回復你。

● If you could have it ready by tomorrow/the end of next week, I would really appreciate it
感謝對方的付出:
● Really appreciate your help!
