Factors affecting career planning

影響職業生涯規劃是自身因素的多方面的，個體的氣質、性格、能力、興趣都能影響到。

（一）氣質

氣質是人的典型的穩定的心理特點，不同氣質的人在工作中各有利弊，關鍵在于認識到自己的優缺點，適當地揚長避短，在選擇職業上，根據自己的氣質特點來選擇合適的職業。

（二）性格

性格是個人穩定的態度和習慣行為方式，，與氣質的穩定性不同，性格具有更大的變動性，性格一般分為外向和內向兩種，性格可以在一定程度上掩蓋和改造氣質。

（三）能力

能力是指勞動能力，也就是運用各種資源從事成產、研究、經營活動的能力。包括體能、心理素質、智慧方等三方面。

(四)興趣

興趣是人們力求認識、掌握某種事物，并經常參與該種活動的心理傾向；或者說，興趣是人們積極探究某種事物的認識傾向。例如，你對某種職業感興趣，就會現出肯定的態度，并積極思考、探索和追求。興趣對職業選擇的重要性不言而喻，因為一開始的時候,決定你的選擇往往是薪水的高低，可是你慢慢發現興趣雖然是你選擇職業的動力，但喜歡的工作的時候可能會備感厭倦，雖然有高薪，但你并不快樂。

(1) Temperament

Temperament is a typical and stable psychological characteristic of human beings. People with different temperaments have their own advantages and disadvantages in work. The key is to recognize their own strengths and weaknesses, and appropriately promote their strengths and avoid weaknesses. In choosing a career, choose a suitable career according to your own temperament characteristics. .

(2) Character

Personality is a persons stable attitude and habitual behavior. Different from the stability of temperament, personality has greater variability. Personality is generally divided into two types: extroversion and introversion. Personality can cover and transform temperament to a certain extent.

(3) Ability

Ability refers to labor ability, that is, the ability to use various resources to engage in production, research, and business activities. Including physical fitness, psychological quality, wisdom and other three aspects.

(4) Interests

Interest is the psychological tendency of people to try to know and master something, and often participate in this kind of activity; in other words, interest is the cognitive tendency of people to actively explore something. For example, if you are interested in a certain career, you will show a positive attitude and actively think, explore and pursue. The importance of interest to career choice is self-evident, because at the beginning, your choice is often determined by the level of salary, but you gradually find that although interest is the driving force for your choice of career, you may be interested in the job you like. Tired of being paid well, but not happy.
