I believe the top three skills and qualities needed to be a great Sales Associate are OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, a FLEXIBLE approach to work, and the ability to INCREASE REVENUE for the company you are working for.

Great customer service is vital in ensuring customer come back time and time again.

Flexible working means being available to work in the hours needed and being available to come in and help at short notice.

Finally, you have a responsibility as a sales associate to try and increase revenue within your role through great service and looking for opportunities to sell to your customers.
