here to teach you English</p><p>嘿，大家好，歡迎來到太白教你學英語</p><p>So today I want to talk about</p><p>所以今天我想談談</p><p>Some foods from other countries</p><p>一些來自其他國家的食物</p><p>You can learn these if you ever travel outside of china</p><p>如果你出國旅行，你可以學這些</p><p>Or if you have foreign friends visiting</p><p>或者如果你有外國朋友來訪</p><p>That want to eat some of their own foods</p><p>想吃自己家鄉的食物</p><p>Because theyre homesick</p><p>因為他們想家</p><p>You can take them to some foreign restaurants</p><p>你可以帶他們去外國餐館</p><p>And help them order</p><p>幫他們點菜</p><p>So the first countries food we can talk about is Japan</p><p>所以我們可以談論的第一個國家是日本</p><p>Now Ill only give a couple of examples</p><p>現在我只舉幾個例子</p><p>Because I dont know too much about their local food</p><p>因為我不太了解他們當地的食物</p><p>But I know a sashimi</p><p>現在有壽司和生魚片</p><p>You always eat them with wasabi</p><p>你總是和芥末一起吃</p><p>Wasabi is that really, really spicy green paste</p><p>芥末是真的，真的很辣的綠色醬</p><p>It just burns so much when you eat it</p><p>你吃的時候會很辣</p><p>But I love it, because it completely clears out your nose</p><p>但我喜歡它，因為它能完全清空你的鼻子</p><p>And you can breathe so easily after it</p><p>之后你就可以輕松地呼吸了</p><p>And of course you can try their soups</p><p>當然你也可以嘗嘗他們的湯</p><p>One special soup they have is called miso soup</p><p>他們有一種特殊的湯叫味噌湯</p><p>Miso I believe is their word for tofu</p><p>我相信味噌是豆腐的代名詞</p><p>Im pretty sure, but I always end up eating there</p><p>最后我總是在那里吃飯</p><p>And I always end up filling myself up on just kimchi</p><p>我總是只吃泡菜</p><p>So now onto Mexico</p><p>現在聊墨西哥</p><p>Mexican food is some of my absolute favorite food</p><p>墨西哥菜是我最喜歡的食物</p><p>Especially in America, its really easy to find Mexican food everywhere</p><p>尤其是在美國，到處都很容易找到墨西哥菜</p><p>Probably the most notable Mexican food is tacos</p><p>最著名的墨西哥菜可能是墨西哥玉米卷</p><p>And tacos are amazing</p><p>玉米卷也很棒</p><p>You have a hard shell</p><p>你有很脆的皮</p><p>You got meat inside</p><p>你里面有肉</p><p>Your cheese, sour cream, salsa, nachos</p><p>卷起來</p><p>But it s a lot more inside</p><p>但是里面有很多</p><p>Especially when you get ones that big</p><p>尤其是當你有那么大的時候</p><p>Or their quesadillas</p><p>或者他們的墨西哥薄餅</p><p>Which, again, two tortillas like this</p><p>就是，就像卷餅一樣</p><p>All the stuff inside and you cook it like that</p><p>里面所有的東西也像那樣做</p><p>Cut it up into little triangles (why did I say know Chinese food, Chinese food I really enjoy</p><p>我知道中國菜，中國菜我很喜歡</p><p>But Italian food, I really love</p><p>但是意大利菜，我真的很喜歡</p><p>Now of course, everybody knows pizza</p><p>當然了，每個人都知道披薩</p><p>But, I dont know</p><p>但是，我不太確定</p><p>With pizza, I feel like thats just not really true Italian</p><p>對于披薩來說，我覺得那不是真正的意大利菜</p><p>For true Italian food, you gotta eat the spaghetti</p><p>真正的意大利菜，你得吃意大利面</p><p>Spaghetti, you can put anything on, amazing</p><p>意大利面，你可以穿上任何東西，太棒了</p><p>Or their chicken parmesan</p><p>或者他們的帕爾森芝士雞肉</p><p>Chicken parmesan, you just get one chicken cutlet</p><p>帕爾馬芝士雞肉，你只要一份雞肉片</p><p>Fry it</p><p>把它油炸了</p><p>You put tomato sauce on it</p><p>你在上面放番茄醬</p><p>Parmesan cheese</p><p>帕爾馬干酪</p><p>You serve that one top of time favorite food</p><p>千層面是我一直最喜歡的食物</p><p>With lasagna, you serve it in a casserole dish</p><p>和千層面一起，你可以把它放在砂鍋里</p><p>You lay out the long, thin, flat noodles</p><p>你把又細又長的面條攤在鍋底上</p><p>Theyre been really missing</p><p>我是說，最近我真的失蹤了</p><p>My mothers lasagna</p><p>我媽媽的千層面</p><p>My mother makes really, really good lasagna</p><p>我媽媽做的千層面真的很好吃</p><p>And one last famous food from Italy</p><p>最后一道來自意大利的名菜</p><p>Is sausage and peppers</p><p>是香腸和胡椒</p><p>Thats pretty standard</p><p>這很地道</p><p>You understand</p><p>你明白的</p><p>You got sausage, peppers</p><p>你有香腸，辣椒</p><p>Put the together</p><p>把這些放在一起</p><p>Sausage and peppers</p><p>香腸和胡椒</p><p>So now we move onto India</p><p>所以現在我們聊印度菜</p><p>Indian food is also one of my favorites</p><p>印度菜也是我的最愛之一</p><p>It seems like I have an awful lot of favorites</p><p>好像我有很多最喜歡的</p><p>But with Indian food</p><p>但是有印度菜</p><p>As much as I love it</p><p>盡管我很愛它</p><p>Sometimes it doesnt agree with me</p><p>當有時它好像不太喜歡我</p><p>And the next day Im usually sitting on the toilet</p><p>第二天我通常坐在馬桶上</p><p>For a couple of hours</p><p>幾個小時</p><p>I wont get in to too much detail</p><p>我不會講太多細節的</p><p>With Indian food, you have butter chicken</p><p>印度菜里有黃油雞</p><p>Which is probably my favorite Indian food</p><p>那可能是我最喜歡的印度菜</p><p>Every time my wife and I go out to get Indian food</p><p>每次我和妻子出去吃印度菜</p><p>We always end up getting butter chicken</p><p>我們總是吃黃油雞</p><p>Or tikka masala</p><p>或者蒂卡·馬薩拉</p><p>Tikka masala is also really, really good</p><p>Tikka masala也非常非常好吃</p><p>The reason why I love Indian food is</p><p>我喜歡印度菜的原因是</p><p>Because of the sauces that they use</p><p>因為他們用的調味品</p><p>The sauces that they cook everything in</p><p>他們做所有東西的調味汁</p><p>And then you get some thing,</p><p>一個最有名的菜</p><p>Is their fish and chips</p><p>他們的魚和薯條</p><p>Which is just a deep fried fish filet served with French fries</p><p>只不過是炸魚片配炸薯條</p><p>Very standard</p><p>非常地道</p><p>Anywhere you go in England</p><p>你去英國的任何地方</p><p>Theyre going to have fish and chips</p><p>他們要吃炸魚和薯條</p><p>Another one, bangers and mash</p><p>另一個，烤腸和土豆泥</p><p>I just love saying bangers and mash</p><p>我很喜歡說“bangers”和“mash”</p><p>I have a friend from England</p><p>我有一個來自英國的朋友</p><p>Every time he says "Im hungry"</p><p>每次他說“我餓了”</p><p>I say "youre gonna go get some bangers and mash?"</p><p>我說“你要去拿些bangers和mash嗎？”</p><p>The guy hates me</p><p>那家伙不太喜歡我</p><p>Anyways</p><p>無論如何</p><p>Bangers and mash is just sausages served with</p><p>香腸和土豆泥只是香腸</p><p>Mashed potatoes and gravy</p><p>土豆泥肉汁</p><p>And, if for some of those that are feeling adventurous,</p><p>而且，如果對那些有挑戰的人來說，</p><p>They also make their own blood sausage</p><p>他們還自己做血香腸</p><p>Which is just
