Tmr——tomorrow 明天

eg：Were gonna have a meeting tmr. 我們明天有一個會要開。

Pls——please 請

eg：Pls call me back when youre available. 你有空的時候請給我回電話

Thx——Thanks 謝謝

eg：Could you send me an email, thx! 你能發個郵件給我嗎？謝謝！

ASAP——as soon as possible 盡快，越快越好。

eg：I need this PPT tmr, pls do it ASAP。我們明天要用這個PPT，請盡快做完！

OT——Overtime 加班

eg：You can get triple pay if you do OT on public holiday.法定節假日加班可以拿三倍工資。

BS——brainstorming 頭腦風暴

eg：We need more ideas, Why dont we do BS? 我們需要很多的點子，我們為何不頭腦風暴一下呢？

BS——bullshit 胡說八道

eg：My friend said the house prices will drop 40% next month, but I think hes talking BS! 我朋友說下個月房價要下調40%，但我覺得他純屬胡說八道.

BTW——by the way 順便說一下，或是說句題外話的意思。

eg：Ill do the presentation on Monday, btw, when will you send me that report?

我周一要做演講，對了，你什么時候能把報告發給我？

TBD——To Be Determined/ Discussed待定

eg：The Launch date is still TBD. 發布日期還有待商榷。

KPI——key performance indicator 關鍵業績指標，工作指標。

eg: Your salary is based on your KPI. 你的工資是基于你的業績指標的。

AL——annual leave 年假

eg: Im on AL now, Ill be back on the 25th. 我現在在休年假，25號回來。

PS——Photoshop 照片編輯器

eg: Youd better PS them before you post.那些照片你最好在上傳之前P一下。

P.S.——postscript備注，附言，補充說明

eg：Well have a meeting at headquater tmr. P.S. Dont forget your uniform.

我們明天去總部開會，還有，別忘了穿工服！

CC——carbon copy 抄送

eg: If you wanna send an email to your boss, you also need to CC his secretary.如果你想給你的老板發郵件，你還需抄送給他的秘書。

FYI——for your information 你看一下

eg：When you forward an email to someone related, you can say: FYI. 當你轉發一封郵件給相關人員時，你可以說：FYI.

BR——Best Regards 誠摯的問候，祝好

eg：we use BR at the end of the email. 我們在郵件的最后會用到BR.
